Situated in a small archipelago just Southeast of Sulawesi, in central Indonesia, Wakatobi is truly a slice of paradise with exceptional diving and endless photo and video opportunities. You can choose to spend a week on board the Pelagian live aboard, or 11 days at Wakatobi resort - or both! There's plenty of opportunity to participate and hone your underwater photo or video skills among some of the healthiest reefs in the world.

UNLIMITED SHOOTING

While at the resort, photographers and videographers will be able to focus on wide angle and macro all day long, both on scheduled boat dives or on the world famous house reef, consistently referred to as the best house reef in the world.

Guests aboard the Pelagian will dive further into the archipelago, including a recently discovered muck site.

Most evenings will be set aside for reviews and screenings of the day's images and videos. Three workshops will be held during each week for novice to intermediate shooters who wish to polish up on some of the essential skills needed to capture the beauty of the life on the reefs.

H2O Photo Pros

H2O Photo Pros will be on site both weeks with the latest underwater photo & video gear available for in-water demos, and will be providing underwater video workshops.

Rates

You can participate during the first week on the Pelagian live aboard (Mar 28 - Apr 4), 11 nights at Wakatobi resort (Apr 4 - 15), or both.

Guests booking both weeks enjoy a 10% discount on the
second week at the resort.

We negotiated the ability to offer 2007 rates until August 1st. 2008
rates are going to increase as of 1st August 2007 so book
now to lock in the older rates!

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot.

Garden Bungalow $2,840 USD
- Located slightly behind the Beach and Premium bungalows these offer more shade after a long day in the sun on the boats. Comfortably appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Beach Bungalow $3,090 USD
- Similar size as the Garden Bungalows, but located front-row, facing the south beach. The breeziest choice for those not wanting to use the AC.

Premium Bungalow $3,290 USD
- Front-row beach location on the west-facing sunset beach.

Premium Select Bungalow $3,840 USD
- Front-row beach location on the west-facing sunset beach with completely rebuilt interior. Excellent and - some say - on par with the cliff villas, just not as spacious.

Cliff Villa $4,340 USD
- Situated aside from the rest of the resort, perched on the coral cliffs. These premium rooms offer first-class exclusivity, privacy, 800+ sqf of space and amenities.

Non-Diver Discount Participants traveling with a non-diving spouse or friend can deduct $80.00 USD / diving day for guests not participating in the diving program.

Single Divers If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room, we will attempt to find a roommate for you. All efforts will be made to allocate separate accommodations or have you share a room with the same gender. If you do not want to share a room, an additional 75% single supplement charge will apply.
